What would mean this needs more than a course
These are here in lesson one and not buried at the end, because someone in a bad enough situation may never reach lesson six.
Three of them are not on a sliding scale and they do not need thinking about. You have hurt someone. You have broken something. Someone in your home is frightened of you, or has told you so, or has changed how they behave to avoid setting you off. Any one of those means this is a safety matter, and lesson six tells you where to go.
Then the graded ones. It is happening more than once or twice a week. You cannot clearly remember afterwards what you said. Work has raised it. You are drinking or using something before or after. You are angry most of the day rather than in episodes. Or the anger came on suddenly and is not like you, particularly after a head injury or a change in medication, which goes to a doctor promptly.
