Or learn something in order

All courses

Some things are not a tip. They have to be understood first, and then built on, one short lesson at a time.

How this is built

Both sources, every time

2,852 practices in the library carry a verse or a sound report of the Prophet, and a named piece of research. If a practice cannot carry both, it does not go in.

You can check the work

Every verse links to the Arabic and its commentary, every report to its grading, every study to its DOI. The whole source library is open to you at any point.

Nothing is claimed early

A scholar reads the Islamic side and a clinician reads the psychological side before anything is called finished. Until then it says so on the page.

Where this is up to

Inshirah is in development. The library is written and sourced, and it is in review. You are welcome to read it, and you should treat everything in it as a draft.
