An example

Bilal picks half past six, at the table, after he gets in.

Tuesday at eleven in the morning a worry about his father's hospital appointment arrives. He writes six words on a notepad and goes back to the spreadsheet. It comes back at twelve. He notices it is already on the list, and goes back to the spreadsheet.

At half past six he sits down with the list. There are nine things on it. Four of them he cannot remember why he wrote. Two are actual jobs with an action attached. Three are the same worry written three ways.

He does not feel calm afterwards. He feels like somebody who did fifteen minutes of worrying instead of eleven hours of it.
