Lesson 5 of 6
One. Going over it
The hours that used to hold activity now hold thinking, and the thinking is about you.
It presents itself as working things out. Why am I like this. What is wrong with me. What did I do to end up here. Those look like questions and they are not, because none of them has an answer that would ever be accepted.
The test from lesson two is the useful one. Does the thinking end in something you do? If it never does, it is not working on the problem, whatever it feels like.
