What would mean this goes somewhere else

These are here in lesson one, not at the end, because someone in a bad enough state may never reach lesson six.

The flatness is in everything, not only in worship, and it has been two weeks or more. You have stopped praying entirely for weeks and cannot start. You are repeating wudu, salah or ghusl, or spending more than an hour a day on religious doubt and checking. You are avoiding the masjid or religious company specifically so that nobody asks you.

And one that has no waiting period. Any thought of harming yourself, or of being dead, goes to a doctor or an emergency service today rather than into a course.
