Most of what this course has said assumes the flatness is confined to worship, and that the person is depleted rather than ill.

Sometimes that is wrong. There are three states that produce almost exactly this picture from the inside, and each of them goes somewhere different. Reading them is not a diagnosis and this page cannot tell you which one you have. It can tell you which door to knock on.
