The eye
Sound and plain. The effect of the eye is a fact, in Bukhari, from Abu Huraira. And in Muslim, from Ibn Abbas, with an instruction attached to it.
The Qur'an already told you where to turn, in the last surah but one, from an envier when he envies.
Qur’an and Sunnah
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
the harm in the envier when he envies.’
Qur’an 113:5

Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath
