Why this is good news, oddly

If loneliness were a fact about how likeable you are, there would be very little to do about it.

If a large part of it is a prediction you are making before things happen, and a reading you are applying to things that are genuinely ambiguous, then there is something in the loop that can move. Not your worth. Not your personality. The prediction.

That is the lever lesson four picks up. It is duller than joining something, and it has more behind it.
