Notice what came out on top in that research. Not the calendar. The reading.
So the work is smaller and stranger than joining something. It is: before the thing, notice what you have already decided will happen. Afterwards, notice what actually happened. Write both down. Let them sit next to each other for a few weeks.
You are not arguing with yourself and you are not trying to think positively. You are collecting the one piece of information the loop in lesson two has been keeping from you, which is the outcome.
