One ordinary contact, chosen by you, on a moment that already exists. Not a list, not a ladder, and no target number of people. You may leave whenever you like, and leaving does not undo it. If the thing you are thinking of is something you dread rather than something you have simply let slide, do not push at it here. That is lesson six and it belongs with someone trained.
