Five. The house you grew up in
Most parents who shout were shouted at, and the sound coming out of your mouth is sometimes recognisably somebody else's.
This course is going to name that and then stop, deliberately. Working through your own childhood is real work, it helps people, and it belongs with somebody trained rather than in a page you read at eleven at night. We are not going to open it here and then leave you with it open.
Two things are worth saying. Noticing where the sound comes from is useful in itself, because it makes it feel less like an eruption from nowhere. And if there is a parent of your own who is still doing this to you now, that is a live problem rather than a historical one, and it deserves its own help.
