Any thought that the world would be better without you, any plan, any preparation. Any belief that your sins cannot be forgiven, or that you have left Islam over this. Any sexual interest involving a child, or any behaviour towards one, which needs specialist help and will get it without a word of shaming from anybody worth talking to. Anything non consensual, or material involving coercion. Content that is escalating in a direction that frightens you. Use that is now happening at work, while driving, or somewhere with real consequences. Repentance or purification that now takes hours, or that you cannot stop once you have started. Sleep gone, work missed, or a marriage in crisis over it.

If one of those is yours, lesson six has the routes, and there is no reason to read the four lessons in between first.
