The report tells a person who looks at somebody above them to also look at somebody below them. What does it not say?
It does not say stop comparing, and it does not call the first look a sin. It prescribes adding a direction to a measure that had become one way only. That is a far smaller ask than stopping, and unlike stopping, it is something a person can actually do.
