If it has not responded, that is information

This is the point of the lesson.

If you have anchored the morning for a month, moved the phone out, moved the coffee, and the nights have not changed, the answer is not that you need to try harder or want it more. Sleep is not responsive to effort, and it never was.

Sleep that does not respond to ordinary changes is a reason to see a doctor, not a reason to redouble. That is not a defeat and it is not you being sent away. It is the same move as taking a cough that has lasted three months to somebody who can look at it.

Take the list with you. Which of the four it is, how many nights a week, how long it has gone on, what you have already changed, and anything from this lesson that sounded like you. Ten minutes of writing gets you a much better appointment.
