When you need to correct one person, say it to the room. Everyone gets the instruction and nobody gets the sting.
Good instructors do this without thinking: they see one child dropping their guard and say that everybody needs to keep their hands up. The teaching lands and the child is not held up as the example. Children who are told off a great deal already carry more of that than anyone realises, and the extra shame is what turns into refusing to go back. Save the private word for what genuinely needs to be private.
Qur’an and Sunnah
Go at a moderate pace and lower your voice (Quran 31:19). The instruction covers manner as well as content, and lowering the voice is part of what is asked.
وَٱقۡصِدۡ فِي مَشۡيِكَ وَٱغۡضُضۡ مِن صَوۡتِكَۚ إِنَّ أَنكَرَ ٱلۡأَصۡوَٰتِ لَصَوۡتُ ٱلۡحَمِيرِ
Go at a moderate pace and lower your voice, for the ugliest of all voices is the braying of asses.’

What the research says
Research on exercise and wellbeing in university students found the link ran partly through body image and self esteem rather than through fitness alone, which places how a person sees themselves squarely inside the effect. It was a cross sectional study and cannot show the order of events. It does suggest that protecting self regard in a class is not a soft extra.

An hour a day of moving enough to warm you and shorten your breath. Keep a record of it, on a watch or on a scrap of paper, because meeting a number you can see turns out to be quietly satisfying.
Moving your body is not a pleasant extra alongside the proper treatment for low mood. It has been tested as a treatment in its own right and it holds up.
Talk first, move second. Ending a hard conversation with something physical gives the body a route back down.
