If everything came apart the moment school ended, it may be that the structure was never yours. It belonged to the timetable, and the timetable stopped.
School decides when you get up, what happens next and when the work is due, so nobody ever finds out whether the person can build a week from nothing. Then a job or a course asks for exactly that, on day one, with no handover. Naming this out loud matters, because the other available story is that you were fine and then went lazy, which is neither true nor any use. What follows is building the missing part deliberately, one piece at a time.
Qur’an and Sunnah
You will progress from stage to stage (Quran 84:19). What is being built here goes in stages, which also means the stage you are stuck at is not the end of the road.

What the research says
A clinical review of adult ADHD describes disorganisation, poor time management and putting things off as core features that go with the condition and that treatment should keep an eye on. It is a narrative review rather than a study of what happens when school ends. Its use here is simply that these difficulties are part of the picture and are expected, rather than being a lapse that arrived out of nowhere.

Strength of evidence: one line of research. A single study, or a theoretical account.
Why it works
A skill the setting was doing for you has not been learned yet, however good the results looked at the time.
This one is still a draft. It is waiting on a scholar and a clinician to read it before it is published.
Near this one
The good place to be is where things matter but nothing is on fire yet. Booking the check-up, planning next term, getting the haircut before it becomes a situation.
Every time your eye lands on the job you have never started, it takes a small toll. Ten of those on one list is a tax you pay all day without noticing.
Do not leave it to eleven at night to decide whether to close the tab. Set the block in the afternoon, while you are still the version of yourself who wants it set.
