Focus, starting, and ADHD

How long you have
Put the reminder where you will physically see it: the keys on the bag, the pills by the kettle.
Do not trust future you to remember. Build the cue into the world so the world reminds you.
Empty every open task from your head onto one list. Trust the list, not your memory.
A mind full of remembering has no room for doing. Park it all somewhere you trust, then work.
