What this course has not done, and will not

It has not gone back through your childhood with you. That work exists, it helps people, and it is done with a trained person in a room, at a pace agreed with you. Assembled alone from a website, it commonly goes badly wrong, and that is why it is not here.

It has not asked you to write a letter to your parent. Sent or unsent, delivered or burned. That exercise circulates as boundary setting and it is not. It is a piece of trauma processing in a different jacket, and it is not something to do on your own.

It has not planned a confrontation and it has not scripted a showdown.

It has not told you to disclose a history to your family, and it has given you no advice about reporting anything. Reporting is a legal matter, with consequences that run for years, and it needs a lawyer and an advocate who know your jurisdiction.

Naming the things a platform will not do is not a shortcoming. It is the reason you can trust the rest of it.
