The cases where distance is a safety matter

Everything in this course has pointed at a kept tie and a reduced access, because that is where most of these situations land.

There are situations where it does not. Where contact itself is the danger, where a person is threatened, where children are being harmed, or where somebody's health cannot survive the contact. Those exist and pretending otherwise would be cowardly.

What this platform will not do is tell you that you are in one of them, or hand you a ruling on what the religion permits you to do about it. Those are two separate questions and they need two different people. Whether you are safe is a question for a service that assesses that. What is permitted for you is a question for a scholar who knows the details of your case.

If you are in that position, go to both. Ask them one at a time. Do not decide it alone at two in the morning with a phone in your hand.
