How those three are actually graded

Three reports circulate more than anything else on this subject, and none of them is one this platform will build on.

The report that the miscarried child will drag his mother by the umbilical cord into Paradise if she sought reward. Graded weak by the Darussalam grading shown on sunnah.com, and the graders do not agree about it. This is very probably the single most forwarded text in Muslim miscarriage content.

The report that the miscarried child will plead with his Lord and pull his parents out of the Fire. Graded weak.

The report about the house of praise, that when a child dies Allah tells the angels to build the servant a house in Paradise and to name it the house of praise. The grading shown on sunnah.com is weak. Some authorities have graded it good. This platform uses only sound and good reports, and where the display grading is weak it stays out until a scholar rules, so it stays out.

That is the whole correction and it is smaller than it feels. It does not mean the opposite is true. Nobody is telling you that your child is not with Allah or that your patience is worth nothing. It means these particular chains are not strong enough to carry a promise, and a promise is a heavy thing to hang on a weak chain.

What follows is what is established, and it was in Bukhari and Muslim the whole time.
