What is usually underneath the word

People arrive at this word from very different places, and it helps to say them out loud.

Someone hearing a voice nobody else can hear. Someone who has stopped sleeping. A person who was fine last year and is not the same person now. Heaviness that sits on the chest at fajr. A marriage that fell apart in a way nobody can explain. Fear at night in a specific room. A child who screams and cannot say why.
