Lesson 1 of 6
Two problems, not one
There is the money problem. A figure, a set of dates, and things that have to be paid.
And there is the worry about the money problem. That one runs at three in the morning, it runs while you are at work, it runs while somebody is talking to you, and it produces nothing.
They are related and they are not the same, and almost everybody treats them as one thing. That is why advice about the first never touches the second. You can be told the sensible thing to do about a bill and still lie awake, because the awake part was never being run by a lack of information.
This course is about the second one. It is not about the first, and lesson six is very specific about who handles that.
