A clinician is not the audience these reports are talking about. A doctor or a therapist is bound to keep what you say private, it is their job to hear it, and speaking to one is not the broadcasting that the narrations warn against. The same goes for a scholar you have gone to once for a ruling.

The thing being described above is disclosure that keeps needing to happen, to more people, for relief. That is different from telling one person who can actually help you, once.
