There is a weapon in the house. You are pregnant and he has hurt you. He has forced sex. It is happening more often, or getting worse. He follows you, checks your phone, or turns up where you did not say you would be. You are planning to leave, or you have just left. You are afraid of what happens if you say no. Anyone has hurt a child in the house.
