Stand up slowly. Getting off the floor after an hour of gaming, or out of bed in the morning, is where the dizziness tends to catch people.
A drop in blood pressure on standing is common enough with these medicines and it frightens people, because a near faint feels like something serious going wrong. Usually nothing needs changing except how you move: sit up, wait a moment, then stand. Tell a young person before it ever happens, so the first episode is recognised rather than alarming.

Qur’an and Sunnah
Jacob told his sons, 'do not enter all by one gate' (Quran 12:67), an ordinary precaution taken without fuss. Moving carefully for a minute is that scale of care.

What the research says
An open study followed adults treated for ADHD in ordinary practice across a year and found benefit arrived together with a good deal of dose adjustment and a real burden of side effects. It is observational rather than a trial, so it describes routine care rather than testing it. What it shows plainly is that side effects are the everyday texture of treatment, and most of them get managed rather than escaped.
