Take your love needs to your partner, not outside the relationship. Going outside almost always makes it worse.
When something is missing, ask for it at home. Seeking it elsewhere deepens the wound.
Qur’an and Sunnah
Do not go anywhere near adultery: it is an outrage and an evil path (Quran 17:32). The boundary guards the very closeness you are longing for.
وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلزِّنَىٰٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَٰحِشَةࣰ وَسَآءَ سَبِيلࣰ ا
